United Serbian Breweries is looking for:

ICT Manager

 for Serbia and Croatia


Responsibilities:

  • Managing ICT department of 10 people (5 in Serbia and 5 in Croatia)
  • managing day to day operations and schedule
  • coaching of employees
  • setting annual targets and individual development plans
  • measure performance of employees
  • ensure/educate backup for all positions
  • ensure continuance in department work
  • change management
  • Project management
  • manage project start to finish in local and international environment
  • leading role in projects
  • manage people, budget, time-line
  • successful project delivery
  • participate on large scale projects
  • manage smaller project parts and report to project management
  • Communication - reporting
  • Primarily report to Area IT manager in Vienna
  • Internal communication with all MT and MT-1 members
  • Primary link into management team in both Serbia and Croatia is Finance director
  • Ensuring smooth running of all IT systems
  • maintain conformance with internal SLA
  • Setting and implementing strategy of ICT department
  • develop annual plan
  • follow up on execution
  • adapt to new changes and new requirement
  • Security - assess security situation and develop plans for improvement
  • ensure execution and monitoring of planned improvements
  • communicate in case of security breach with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysing business processes and suggesting business improvements (thru IT services)
  • Plan and control operating costs and investments of ICT department
  • Manage internal and external suppliers
  • supplier selection process
  • negotiation of contracts
  • measuring performance of suppliers and conformance with SLA-s
  • Participate in Regional IT meetings on quarterly basis
  • Participate in Internal company Management meetings on quarterly basis

Locations:

  • Prime work location is in Belgrade
  • Croatia - Karlovac
  • Serbia - Belgrade, Novi Sad, Zajecar
  • At least every other week spend 2-3 days in other country - depending on prime work location (time split between countries heavily depend on current activities and projects
  • Travel to Croatia and Austria (where Regional HQ is situated) by car


Profile of the candidate:

  • Good general knowledge of ICT infrastructure
  • Local Area Network - mainly CISCO equipment,
  • Wide Area Network - managing external supplier
  • Firewall - CISCO
  • Microsoft servers (2003 and 2008)
  • Terminal server technology
  • Desktop environment (Windows XP)
  • Mailing and calendar system (Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes technology)
  • Good general knowledge of ERP systems, applications
  • advantage is knowledge of:
  • SAP - general knowledge about modules
  • MBS Dynamics (Navision)
  • MS SQL server 2000 and 2008
  • MSReporting services
  • MAXIMO
  • Futurmaster
  • Sales force automation applications based on MS Mobile and .NET technology
  • Fluent English skills
