HR SPECIALIST
Location: Novi Banovci
As HR Specialist you will belong to HR/CD Department and report directly to HR/CD Manager. Your main responsibilities will be:
- To drive recruitment process upon current and future development plans
- To develop and conduct induction process
- To drive and coordinate Competence Development plans and processes
- To conduct Payroll, HR and Competence Development administration
- Active participation in various projects
The suitable candidate has:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of successful professional HR working experience in a multinational company
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills with positive attitude
- Business orientation with ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and work in a structured manner
- Have confidence in own ability and are prepared to question and challenge
- Excellent written and spoken English and PC skills
- Ability to travel
