HR SPECIALIST

 Location: Novi Banovci

As HR Specialist you will belong to HR/CD Department and report directly to HR/CD Manager. Your main responsibilities will be:

• To drive recruitment process upon current and future development plans
• To develop and conduct induction process
• To drive and coordinate Competence Development plans and processes
• To conduct Payroll, HR and Competence Development administration
• Active participation in various projects

The suitable candidate has:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of successful professional HR working experience in a multinational company
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills with positive attitude
• Business orientation with ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and work in a structured manner
• Have confidence in own ability and are prepared to question and challenge
• Excellent written and spoken English and PC skills
• Ability to travel
