Youngculture is a well-established, fast growing Swiss and Serbian software engineering company with currently 70 excellent skilled software developers.

With the approach to deliver high quality software solutions for our international customers we are looking for highly motivated employees for our Nis office in the following position:

Java /JEE Developer

The ideal candidate hired into this position should have the following key skills /experience:

• University degree in computer science (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Java development
• JEE, EJB knowledge (Preferably BEA and/or Jboss)
• Oracle DB knowledge
• HTML, XML, XSL knowledge
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset
• Ability to travel abroad (Zurich, Switzerland)
