Job title: Hypernet Team Leader
Office location: Španskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
About the role and the team:
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of Coordinators based in Belgrade, Serbia, providing both functional and line management to drive high performance and operational excellence. They will ensure all fluid pipeline activities are effectively scheduled while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The role requires a proactive individual with a positive attitude, a genuine passion for delivering the right outcomes, and a commitment to achieving demanding business targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and confidently navigate challenging conversations to achieve successful resolutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and improve performance, while effectively developing and managing people through coaching, delegation, and empowerment. They will also establish and enhance processes, systems, and reporting to drive efficiency, consistency, and sustained business success.
What will you be doing?
- Develop timely, accurate and insightful reporting for stakeholders and management
- Ensure data needed for reporting is correct and up to date by ensuring the team produces data exception reports and ensuring appropriate follow-up is actioned
- Set clear objectives and expectations for each team member and drive performance
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Delegate tasks for the team and ensure the team follows through with assigned tasks
- Report on the team's activities to the reporting manager
- Work collaboratively with other departments to implement good change practices
- Assess and improve team processes on a regular basis
- Lead the design and implementation of processes/systems and tools to effectively deliver against targets
- Provide clear development and succession planning for team members
- Coach team members to ensure they have the skills for excellent performance
- Motivate the team to achieve excellent results and ensure their continual improvement
What we are looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data analysis
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Experience with operational reporting
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Attention to detail
