Sales Consultant

Due to further development of our local team, we are looking to recruit a sharp, self-motivated and high energy Sales Consultant for our head office in Belgrade.
Sales Consultant

Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in sales in B2B sector
- Experience in building and developing positive relationships with clients
- Experience in HR consulting is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
- Driving license B category
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sustainable development of customer base through acquisition of new clients and strengthening a relationships with regular customers
- Manage business relationships to achieve mutual business goals and maximize customer satisfaction
- Knows customers’ needs and delivers innovative solutions, for the clients is competent and trustworthy business partner
- Prepare business offers, runs the negotiations, draws up tenders, contracts and coordinates their implementation
- Ability to interact with various management levels, including senior staff
- Manages and maintains sales reports, pipelines and forecasts
- Guarantees the quality of the administrative and financial management, ensuring consistent performance with the company standards and reporting system
- Achieves desired results in a fast paced, multitasking environment
- Represents Adecco at conferences, meetings, exhibits and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives
Candidate’s profile:
- Results-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation, analytical and negotiating skills
- Responsible, precise and hard-working
- Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve problems
