Business Development Manager

Our client Opel South East Europe Representative Office in Belgrade is responsible for sales, after sales and marketing activities in Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and Bulgaria. In a view of supporting their further expansion on the Serbian market, Adecco is searching candidates for following position:

Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Economics, Business and/or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in automotive industry is must
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Main responsibilities:

• Achieve sales volumes & market share for the area, as agreed with Country Director
• Accurately forecast the outlook of sales volume
• Monitor and analyze dealer performance on a regular basis
• Actively support fleet sales penetration and fleet sales administration
• Assign annual sales objectives to Distributors in agreement with Opel Country Director
• Regularly monitor and consult on timely basis with the Distributor to develop and grow the profitability of the Distributor operations
• Take active role in Distributor network development and expansion
• Assist the Distributor in the entire process of new site development / acquisition
• Ensure an appropriate dealer stock level
• Maximize dealer advertising of new vehicles
• Actively support the Marketing Manager with volume model and vehicle specification proposals, as well as the development of a competitive price positioning
• Process campaigns and fleet claims with follow up and feedback to Distributors
• Ensure timely response to all Distributor queries
• Undertake additional functions and ad-hoc assignments as required
