In a view of supporting successful work in Serbia of their Business Unit Bayer CropScience, Adecco is searching for professional and experienced candidates for the following position based in Belgrade:

Controller and Credit Risk Manager

Requirements:

• University degree of Economics
• At least 3 years of working experience at the similar position
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer and database skills
• Driving license B category

Main responsibilities:

• Optimize company`s position in the areas of profitability, business systems & processes and communication through inputs and ideas for improvement of key performance indicators
• Implement business strategy for the region including priorities in terms of controlling and credit insurance policy and support management in decision making process
• External and internal reporting of key performance indicators and ad hoc reports for management  
• Sales analysis (turnover and margin analyses, calculation and analyses of credit notes, rebates and bonuses related to sales, monthly comparison actual vs. target)
• Budget planning process, Actual vs. Budget realization monitoring & deviation analyses, cost controlling and allocation
• Monitoring of outstandings against due dates, follow up cash collection and reports on payments to management, notifications to customers and discuss open issues related to payment calculations
• Fix the credit lines per customer together with the credit committee and follow up credit limits against sales, collection and check of local guarantees and correspondence with  insurance partner
