We are searching for new team member who will join our plant in Novi Sad. We are operating in E-systems business and producing wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles and currently employing approximately 2500 employees. Business Controller

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Assist in preparation of monthly corporate reports, quarterly financial forecasts and annual budget – P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Statistical reporting liabilities according to Corporate guidance (US GAAP)
• Preparing SOX documentation (monthly binders, quarterly ICQ, process narratives, control matrix, segregation of duties)
• Tracking CAPEX and OH spending
• Participating in monthly closing processes, checking accounting records, preparing accruals, provisions according to US GAAP
• Preparing revenue and cost plan-actual gap analyses
• Manage the Corporate financial reporting system (Hyperion) for forecast, budget, actual monthly close
• Cooperation with internal and external auditors on US GAAP reports
• Keeping contact with partner departments, collecting and processing accounting and analytical information
• Evaluate all reports and maintain financial accuracy for all plant processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Economic/Financial field
• Fluent English
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in production controlling
• High Analytical skills, systematic work performance
• High level computer literacy (Excel)
• Experience in working in integrated business management systems (MFG Pro / SAP / Hyperion)
