Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for U.S. clients, managing relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver detailed, data-driven monthly reports, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients on digital marketing matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and project deliverables.
• Document project progress, ensuring timelines and goals are consistently met.

Requirements

• Exceptional native-level communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and across multiple time zones.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or other digital marketing practices.
• Experience working with clients in healthcare, moving, or legal industries.
• Previous experience supporting American or Canadian clients or having lived abroad.
