HR Generalist

Looking for an HR Generalist to help grow a stealth-mode AI startup by joining their remote team.

Help to develop the team that will create their next-level AI-enabled technologies.

As a member of the team, you will need to be fiercely independent and self-directed. You will become obsessed with learning and personal growth, and will need to maintain high levels of self-discipline to avoid distractions atypical to the traditional office environment. Working for a startup is intense. Tasks will be ambiguous, and it will be up to you as the owner of a project to fully understand, research, and develop your solution.

You will:

• Learn the full range of HR processes by specializing in one aspect at a time
• Become a guru in a particular HR area (onboarding, offboarding, training, etc.)
• Work in a truly international team, communicating in English
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver better outcomes for the whole organization
• Coordinate HR development programs
• Manage HR software and workflows
• Support the growing team wherever they need

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in an international company or startup
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Confident using software and HR platforms
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to function effectively and think critically in a rapidly changing environment
