Our client is a renown company in the field of agriculture and food industry and is one of the leaders in its business segment in the area of CEE. Because of our client’s high potential and development objectives, we are searching for three most suitable candidates for this challenging and exciting opportunity on the following positions:

Country Manager- Hungary (Ref. No. 8027)

Country Manager - Romania (Ref. No.8028)

Country Manager  - Bulgaria (Ref. No. 8029)

Job description:

• Gathering information on the market and key market players in the specific region
• Creating business strategy, business planning and budgeting
• Business start up activities involving companies establishment, forming distributive and sales channels, organizing and coordinating distribution and export-import activities.
• Concluding commercial contracts, buying of raw material for further processing, making barter trade agreements
• Representing company in front of government, legal and financial institutions
• Responsible for reaching targeted results and control of costs
• Regular reporting to the HQ top management and attending meetings
• Representing company at international agricultural and food fairs and other events

Job requirements:

• University degree, preferably  agriculture, economics or business management
• Minimum 5 years working experience and minimum 3 years management experience
• Experience as a procurator or experience in commercial business would be treated as an asset
• Working in agriculture industry and knowledge of the market would be an advantage
• Understanding of export-import business and terminology is necessary
• Good knowledge of English language while knowledge of any other language can be a plus (Hungarian, Bulgarian, Romanian)
• Knowledge of MS Office package and internet
• Flexibility to travel and to relocate to one of the assigned neighboring countries
