IT Project Manager

We are looking for a senior ICT expert for our Delivery & Change Management Unit with proven experience in Delivery Management and ICT Project Management, who will be responsible for ICT planning and ICT project management process.

Job requirements

• Tracking and managing ICT tasks in overall Bank Portfolio management process including projects and ICT changes related to development and enhancement of local systems and technology
• Lead and coordinate teams of ICT skillset needed in project/change management lifetime of an implementation
• Compile and review estimates around all technical aspects of a solutions delivered to internal customers
• Ensure all aspects of good design and construction are delivered including: performance, scalability and security
• Work with peers within the client organization to ensure a successful delivery
• Provide detailed planning and tracking information upon resources assignments from ICT perimeter
• Identify and capture areas of improvement

Ideal candidate possesses

• University degree in technical sciences
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in IT project management
• Previous experience within financial institutions industry is a plus
• Proven leadership skills within ICT domain
• Strong scope and capacity management skills
• Integrative and coordinationcapabilities among different ICT skillset 
• Proven technical problem solving skills
• Expert knowledge in ICT components and systems 
• Experience in software delivery lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver without direct supervision
• Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English
