We are looking for:

L2 NDT Inspector who will perform Non-Destructive Testing processing operations on engine in accordance with prescribed engineering and technical instructions and industry standard.

Tasks

• Planning operations, work sequences and production tools according to applicable regulations
• Realizing and documenting the execution of prescribed tasks in accordance with approved procedures and Technical Manual publications
• Using specific supplied tools and devices to perform pre-prescribed tasks, e.g. cranes / lifting equipment
• Regularly checking required tools and equipment (condition and where necessary checking calibration status)
• Interfacing with computer systems supporting ERP (SAP) to complete required tasks
• Working with colleagues to maintain quality, safety and production performance objectives at required levels
• Flexibility to handle various tasks and work in other areas as required by the company (Note: Depends on completion of required training)
• Fluorescent Penetration Processing
• Magnetic Particle Processing
• Eddy Current Processing
• Documenting and interpreting test results
• Preparing inspection reports
• Operating and monitoring equipment to ensure process integrity is maintained

Requirements

• Vocational school degree
• Professional level training for inspection instruments, tool making, machining, metalworking or as an industrial mechanic / car mechanic; Material examiner
• Work experience as a worker in the metal or composite industry
• MS Office
• High technical affinity
• Willingness to work in shifts; Good teamwork and communication skills; Technical ability and orientation towards maintaining high quality results; Good attention to detail
• English language
