Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designated person for occupational health and safety, fire protection, and waste management in accordance with relevant laws
• Monitoring and implementing current legislation in the fields of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection
• Participating in budget creation and monitoring cost control in the Department of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection
• Implementing and maintaining the EHS&S management system, taking into account international standards and EHS&S Policy, legal and customer requirements
• Participating in the implementation and maintenance of Aptiv procedures (included in the EOS system)
• Participating in the preparation of corporate audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certification processes
• Participating in the timely closure of corporate findings (CAPs)
• Training new employees according to the EHS&S training plan and program
• Participating in environmental aspect management and identification of impacts and evaluation of occupational health and safety risk assessments
• Participating in the implementation and monitoring of the Emergency Response Plan
• Initiating implementation and monitoring of SOTs
• Promoting a culture of sustainable development at the location
• Waste management, industrial hygiene, contractor control, machine safety, etc.
• Participating in the implementation of projects to reduce water consumption and CO2 emissions
• Participating in the development of A3 reports/Safety improvement plans for the location

Your Background:

• Completed VII level of education (technical or technological field)
• Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in the same or similar positions
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Enthusiastic, creative, ready for teamwork and with good communication skills
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools
• Possession of occupational safety and fire protection certificates
