Job Description:

• Coordinating and resolving roadside breakdowns in real time (US market)
• Communicating with drivers, dispatch, service centers, and parts suppliers
• Organizing towing services, repairs, replacement parts, and safe parking
• Assessing breakdown situations and assisting drivers in resolving minor issues remotely
• Monitoring fleet condition and ensuring cost-effective maintenance and servicing
• Handling urgent driver needs such as accommodation, transportation, and logistics support
• Tracking ongoing cases and providing timely updates to Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams
• Reporting damages caused by drivers and escalating critical situations
• Notifying Safety immediately in case of accidents or serious incidents
• Reviewing and analyzing dashcam footage when incidents occur
• Coordinating with service vendors and approving repair costs when needed
• Supporting DOT-related issues and assisting with post-inspection repairs
• Preparing reports for internal teams (Fleet, Safety, Accounting) including repair costs and incident summaries
• Managing multiple active cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and fast response time

Requirements (Read Carefully):

• Experience in the US trucking industry OR proven hands-on experience in automotive/mechanics field is MANDATORY (If you don’t have this, this position is not for you)
• Available to work on-site in Belgrade (no remote work)
• English proficiency (B2+)
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills under pressure
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Drive
• Team player with a proactive mindset
