We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with our Head of HR on shaping and implement ing people strategy across the organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and support the development of people, leadership capabilities, and HR practices.

- Work closely with the Head of HR as a strategic partner, shaping the development and implementation of the company’s HR s trategy and key HR initiatives.
- Act as a s trategic HR partner to management, providing guidance on people management, HR policies, and labor law matters.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Analyze HR data and workforce insights to identify organizational needs and propose solutions that support business goals.
- Develop and implement the performance management system and support managers in goalsetting, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Lead talent management and succession planning processes, including identification of high-potential employees and development of talent pipelines.
- Design and support employee development initiatives, including competency assessments, development plans, and leadership development programs.
- Facilitate talent and development discussions with business leaders and support career development processes.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Support initiatives related to employer branding, corporate culture, and employee engagement.
- Provide HR support to managers in complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and other HR-related issues.

- University degree.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partnering or HR development role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law.
- Experience in performance management, talent development, or organizational development.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into HR insights.
- Excellent communication and s takeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading HR initiatives and crossfunctional projects.
- Advanced MS Office skills and fluency in English.
