Find Staff - Limo Company is a staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in aligning US based businesses with highly qualified remote team members from across the globe. We currently have a luxury chauffeured transportation clients  looking to fill a remote dispatch/ reservation position.

Reservation agents - Experience with Santa Cruz, Livery coach, Limo anywhere and Fast Track is needed.

Job Duties include:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to appropriate locations.
• Monitor drivers and vehicle locations and coordinates service and schedules.
• Determines types or amounts of vehicles and personnel required according to reservations / work orders or specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are returned at the end of a shift.
• Keeps customers informed by answering questions using phone, chat, and email.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Requirements:

• Ability to think on your feet and work in a fast paced environment a MUST.
• Experience in dispatching/ reservations for 1+ years.
• Experience in a customer-focused / customer service role for 1+ years.
• Must be comfortable using computers, ticketing type systems, previous experience with booking or reservations systems a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing - fluent in English is MUST.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail combines with good business judgement.
• Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment, experience working within a remote environment is a PLUS.
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs.
• Must live IN Serbia to qualify for this position.

Benefits:

• Find Staff only offers full time contracted positions in accordance with local laws.
• Working hours are 2nd and 3rd Serbian shift, but exact hours depends on the time zone of the client.
• Ability to be flexible with scheduled hours is a PLUS, ability to occasionally cover a weekend day is a PLUS.
