Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service & Reservations Representative to handle client communication, reservation scheduling, driver coordination, invoicing support, and general customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp.
• Create, confirm, and update reservations accurately.
• Coordinate trip logistics with drivers and the operations team.
• Track flights and adjust schedules when needed.
• Send quotes, invoices, contracts, and payment links.
• Maintain accurate trip and client data in Limo Anywhere.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely client support.

Requirements

• Fluent and professional English communication.
• Customer service, office, dispatch, or reservations experience preferred.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow established processes.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time: 5 days per week
• Weekend rotation required (schedule varies / discussed in advance)
