We are currently seeking a responsive, thorough, results-driven, and proactive PPC Specialist (Social Media) to join our team in support of our partner company. Our partner is a full-service digital marketing agency focused exclusively on connecting patients around the world with the best medical and healthcare providers in their fields.

As a PPC Specialist (Social Media), you will play a key role in executing both organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other popular social platforms relevant to the agency’s niche. This position requires a deep understanding of platform-specific community guidelines to ensure full compliance, prevent account suspensions, and resolve any issues promptly. Reporting to the Head of PPC, you will be responsible for managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns across social media platforms to meet defined business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media ad strategies across Meta and TikTok to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Optimize ad targeting, placements, and bids to achieve optimal ad performance and maximize ad budget efficiency
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and new features on Meta and TikTok to continuously improve campaign strategies
  • Implement A/B testing to identify high-performing ad variations and continuously improve ad creative and copy
  • Collaborate with Content team to produce high-quality ad visuals and videos that align with the brand’s visual identity
  • Monitor and respond to ad comments and messages promptly, engaging with the audience and addressing inquiries professionally
  • Work closely with the PPC team to align social media ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders and the management team
  • Stay updated on the community guidelines of Meta and TikTok to ensure compliance and avoid suspensions or disruptions in campaign performance
  • Resolve any issues or suspensions on Meta and TikTok promptly, working closely with platform support and following the necessary protocols

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in PPC advertising, preferably in the healthcare sector, 2-3 years of experience with Graphic Design and/or video editing
  • Strong understanding of social advertising strategy and creative execution on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proficiency in ad creative design using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimise campaign performance
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other industry tools for tracking and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
