Web Developer (WordPress)

We are currently seeking a responsive, thorough, results-driven, and proactive Web Developer to join our team in support of our partner company – Online Marketing for Doctors. Our partner is a full-service digital marketing agency focused exclusively on connecting patients around the world with the best medical and healthcare providers in their fields.

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites and landing pages to support client visibility, user experience, and digital marketing performance. You will also execute web projects, ensure platform stability, and contribute to continuous improvement of technical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Set up WordPress environments for websites and landing pages
• Build websites and landing pages using WordPress (including Elementor)
• Convert Figma designs into accurate layouts and functional builds
• Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment with visual design intent
• Write custom code when needed
• Integrate various third-party tools into WordPress websites
• Apply regular CMS and plugin updates
• Optimize pages for speed, performance, and overall stability
• Quality-test and troubleshoot websites across different browsers and devices
• Build and maintain online stores using WooCommerce
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends
• Ensure adherence to best SEO practices across all client websites
• Provide technical web support and assist Account Managers with client requests
• Manage servers, hosting environments, and domains
• Set up and support email servers
• Set up, integrate, and support CRM systems
• Build sales funnels (email sequences, webinars, eBooks, onboarding funnels, automations)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building WordPress websites and landing pages
• Proficiency with Elementor and WordPress page-building tools
• Ability to convert Figma designs into accurate website builds
• Experience writing custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP when required
• Experience integrating plugins, APIs, CRM systems, email servers, and third-party tools
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and hosting/server/domain management
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization and WordPress SEO best practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to create and follow SOPs
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
