AFI Serbia, as a part of a leading international real estate investor AFI Group, is developing large scale of office and mix-use projects in Serbia such as: Airport city Belgrade, Business Garden, Skyline and AFI City Zmaj. AFI Serbia built approximately 170.000 sqm A class office space so far and additional 32.000sqm is under construction.

AFI Management d.o.o., as a management company for the entire real estate portfolio of AFI Serbia is searching for proactive and motivated candidates for the following position:

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Linguistics (preferably English language);
  • Experience in administration topics; 
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Fast comprehension and flexibility to quickly learn new topics;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Analytical, great attention to details and problem-solving attitude.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Daily administrative work;
  • Managing, storing, updating and archiving business documentation;
  • Translation of various type of companies' documents;
  • Scheduling meetings and keeping up-to-date records of their schedule;
  • Timely transmitting necessary information to superiors, associates or clients;
  • Handling office procurements;
  • Welcoming and serving the clients, business partners and others who comes into the office space;
  • Answering direct or telephone inquiries;
  • Supporting other company’s departments (finance, engineering, legal, HR).
