Position Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Senior Recruiter based in Serbia to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple departments and international markets. In this role, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers, own the entire recruitment process, and help shape our global talent strategy as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and support — from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview structures.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn, local job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full interview flow — scheduling, communication, feedback collection, and decision-making coordination.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Support offer preparation and smooth onboarding handover to People Operations.
- Maintain accurate ATS data (Workable) and continuously enhance recruitment processes, templates, and sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of international full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple functions.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and manage end-to-end hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Experience creating job descriptions, ads, and interview scorecards.
- Experience supporting offers and onboarding handover.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & organizational skills.
- Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Comfortable working in a scaling startup environment with evolving priorities.
