Media Buyer/SMM Manager

Belgrade, a renowned company in the field of games of chance (gambling and betting), is looking for an experienced and creative Media Buyer/SMM Manager for our team in Belgrade. Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with clients or marketing teams to understand campaign goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
• Analyze target audiences and select the most effective media channels (e.g., TV, radio, digital, print, social media, or out-of-home advertising).
• Develop media plans that align with budget constraints and campaign objectives.

2. Negotiation and Purchasing:

• Negotiate rates, schedules, and placements with media vendors (e.g., TV networks, publishers, social media platforms, or ad networks) to secure cost-effective deals.
• Purchase ad space or time slots that optimize reach and frequency within the budget.

3. Campaign Execution and Management:

• Coordinate the placement of ads across chosen platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Work with creative teams to ensure ad content meets platform specifications and campaign goals.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.

4. Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and media consumption patterns.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates, conversions).
• Provide post-campaign reports to evaluate success and ROI, offering insights for future campaigns.

5. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and platform representatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies.

Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, media planning software).
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and traditional media.
• Advanced Decision-Making on Placement/PPC/CPC
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Duties:

1. Find, research, and build partnerships with popular social media influencers in Serbia to promote our products.
2. Communicate clearly in Russian (or in English if you do not speak Russian) with different teams inside the company to organize creative tasks and campaign details.
3. Contact influencers, manage negotiations, and build positive relationships to ensure collaborations are successful.
4. Track and measure the results of influencer campaigns using social media data, such as audience reach, engagement rates, and information about the audience.
5. Create reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns based on the data analysis.
6. Keep informed about the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing, as well as popular local online platforms in Serbia.
7. Work with the marketing team to make sure influencer activities support the overall brand strategy and goals.
8. Use your personal interest and knowledge of the market, especially in sports like football, to suggest ideas and strategies for related campaigns.

Experience: At least 1 year

Salary fixed, but based on experience and performance.
