They are expanding their team, and we are offering a challenging position of a:

Senior Accountant

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Duties and responsibilities:

• Full management of accounting records and general ledger
• Posting incoming invoices, bank statements, travel authorizations (internal decisions), etc.
• Calculate of VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes
• Independent preparation of daily, periodic, and annual financial reports
• Monitoring of inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, interest, leases, and foreign exchange differences
• Collaboration with auditors and preparation of documentation for financial audits
• Analysis of business results and reporting to management
• Participation in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Payroll processing, including sick leave, calculation of per diems, and service agreements
• Providing administrative support and performing additional tasks as required

Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Certified Accountant license is an advantage
• University degree in Economics is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with Navision is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, independence, and accountability
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and think in terms of solutions
