Dispatcher

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum experience in a related dispatcher role
• Ability to bring owners or drivers in our company
• Connection with brokers or shippers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Extensive knowledge of DOT hours of service/regulations
• Exceptional organization and time management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and finding best loads for them
• Booking loads and developing relations with the drivers and brokers
• Negotiating with brokers and clients via phone and e-mail
• Identifying any special needs for each load & current market needs
• Establishing course of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently
• Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats promptly
