Full Stack Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Full Stack Marketer to drive impactful marketing campaigns from strategy to execution with precision and passion—be the hands-on leader we need! Help us spread Tarot wisdom to the world and raise human consciousnesses. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Data and Performance Optimization:
    - Use analytics to monitor funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and implement data-backed improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Funnel Creation and Management:
    - Design and launch tailored marketing funnels that align with company goals and target audiences.
    - Manage funnel-related challenges, identify issues during implementation, discuss with the team, and propose suitable solutions leveraging the current tech stack or adding more fitting solutions.
- Optimize and Execute Email Marketing Campaigns:
    - Build and manage email sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    - Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Write High-Converting Copy:
    - Create compelling and conversion-optimized copy for sales pages, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages.
    - Continuously test and refine messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in marketing.
• You have 3+ years of experience in building marketing funnels.
• You have 2+ years of experience selling online courses, especially in the new-age or Tarot industry.
• You have email marketing and copywriting experience
• You have experience creating detailed briefs for designers and editors to ensure fully aligned page graphics.
• You have experience using marketing automation platforms to manage email campaigns, audience segmentation, workflows, and funnels (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel).
• You are organized and detail-oriented to ensure that marketing campaigns and projects are executed flawlessly and on time, without details slipping through the cracks.
• You are a resourceful and creative problem solver to find solutions to unforeseen challenges or constraints.
• You are adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment to be able to embrace change and quickly adjust strategies or plans to align with new priorities or market trends.
• You are results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes to ensure that campaigns not only get executed but also deliver ROI and meet business goals.
• You are autonomous, with the ability to work independently in a 9 AM - 5 PM EST time zone.
• You have a willingness to learn and get hands-on and contribute to completing tasks.
