We’re proud to partner with one of Europe’s leading chauffeured transportation brands, known for exceptional standards and service excellence. To support their continued growth, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Support Team in Belgrade and Novi Sad offices.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers arranging transfers. You will coordinate reservations, support clients in English and Italian, and ensure each journey is seamless and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle reservations and bookings efficiently, ensuring every transfer runs smoothly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Monitor trips in real time, providing updates and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in customer support or service, preferably in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English and Italian (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
- Comfortable using software and tools relevant to the role.
