International Customer Support Specialist (Arabic language - Egyptian dialect)

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, e-mail, live chat);
• Providing support to clients;
• Registration of information in the database;
• Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Arabic language (Egyptian dialect will be an advantage);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Confident PC user;
• Readiness and ability to learn;
• Communication skills;
• Stress resistance.
