Key Account Manager

Heads Adriatic has partnered with renowned local company, a full-service providing distributor for medicinal products, specializing in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Due to support expansion of their business development, we are searching for motivated candidates to add to this experience and dedicated team for cardiology and radiology in the position of Key Account Manager.

Job description:

• Identifying, establishing and maintaining close liaison with key stakeholders within healthcare institutions
• Managing and expanding existing accounts, maintaining and improving customer relations
• Developing and managing sales plan, organizing and executing meetings and achieving set goals
• Conducting analyses of customers needs, responding to their requests
• Organizing and performing presentations and events, communicating key messages to KOL`s
• Managing administration, preparing for the meetings, reporting and forecasting
• Analysing market situation, sales data and monitoring competition activities in order to determine opportunities and treats and make timely and appropriate recommendation
• Actively participating in projects and other activities upon direct manager`s request
• Monitoring and assistance in tender management

Candidate profile:

• University degree, preferable Medicine or Pharmacy
• At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant filed
• Prior working experience in the field of medical devices and preferably medical devices for cardiology and radiology use
• Understanding of public procurement process and legal regulations related to medical devices
• Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken
• PC literacy
• Valid driving license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hard working and dedicated in achieving set goals
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relations with key stakeholders
