Quality Inspector (FUW)

Our company, due to the extension of production capacity, is looking for a candidate who will become a part of our team for the position: 

QUALITY INSPECTOR (FUW)

Quality Inspector (FUW) has tasks related to the production process. Follow the process through individual inspection and care forproduct quality. Responsible for quality of products on production line. Reports directly tо Shift leader QS Production Line.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reports disciplinary and with actions to the local Quality Manager
• Issue approvals after product inspection
• Conducts regular and extraordinary inspections of the product, processes and production parameters
• Controlling quality of incoming materials for the needs of production
• Reporting about quality of raw materials and delivers reclamations to suppliers
• Control of stock and samples for inspection
• Follow up on quality of production materials
• Preparing decisions about acceptance/returning shipments
• Follow up on stocking incoming materials in compliance with the company standards
• Giving feedback to Production Department after inspection and errors found
• Cooperation with other Departments
• Inspection of the tidiness of the workplace

General requirements:

• Minimum High school degree (Technical)
• Previous experience with quality on production line
• Familiar with rules in producing harnesses
• Able to read and follow instructions
• Responsible and disciplined
• Creativity
• Structured and systematic approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player
