Dispatcher

We operate a modern fleet of around 390 trucks (model years 2022–2026). Our headquarters are in Chicago, and our operations office is located in Belgrade.

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and work from our Belgrade office. If you are looking for a stable job, professional development, and work in an international environment, MN89 INC. is the right place for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination with brokers and drivers
• Booking loads and planning routes
• Tracking shipments in real time
• Negotiating rates and transportation terms
• Updating data in dispatch and tracking systems
• Efficient cooperation with other teams (Accounting, Safety, Track & Trace)

Your qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organization, multitasking, and fast decision-making
• Knowledge of logistics processes (an advantage, but not required)
