Manila International LLC is a fast-growing trucking company with over a decade of experience on the U.S. market. We manage a modern fleet of around 50 trucks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking loads on the U.S. market
  • Achieving and tracking financial performance goals
  • Managing and communicating with drivers daily
  • Handling crises quickly and effectively
  • Communicating with brokers via phone and email
  • Reporting and analyzing dispatch operations
  • Expanding our customer base
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with customers

Daily Tasks:

  • Mandatory daily communication with drivers
  • Mandatory daily communication with brokers (calls and emails)
  • Booking loads and covering dedicated lanes
  • Updating load details and tracking in EMS
  • Providing daily driver location/status reports

Weekly Tasks:

  • Weekly performance reviews with supervisors
  • Planning driver and load schedules for the upcoming week

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Previous dispatching experience is mandatory (2+ years experience)
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills, especially under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Superb organizational skills and planning abilities

Preferred:

  • Analytical and statistical skills

Work hours:

Monday - Friday 14-23h

We offer both performance-based and fixed salary options, and are open to negotiation based on your experience and qualifications.
