During 17 years of business in the Western Balkans market, following the acquisition of Marbo Product (established in 1995), PepsiCo has invested in new production lines, capacity expansion, portfolio growth, improved working conditions, employee development, and environmental protection initiatives. The plant in Maglic (Bački Petrovac, Serbia) also produces the globally recognized Lay’s brand, made from locally sourced raw materials for export to several EU markets. The business in Bosnia and Herzegovina operates through three distribution centers.

Responsibilities   

  • Rebate agreements and Fix amount – checking, reconciliation, preparing journal entry
  • Implementation of Company Financial strategy in the area of Credit Control and receivables collection
  • Participate and initiate continuous improvement of processes and technical system performance due to secure quality of reports and daily tasks efficiently.
  • Rebate agreement release approval (credit memo issue and customer invoice)
  • Fixed investment and customer agreement reconciliation control
  • Fixed investment monitoring and follow up of execution
  • CDA Fixed D&A control
  • Revenue and sales teams reporting

Requirements:

  • Education: High School degree in Economics or other related
  • Experience in Controlling/Finance
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
