Our customers describe their needs, and we develop and deliver tailored solutions. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our IT department and are looking for a motivated and experienced IT professional who enjoys working directly with end users, analyzing business needs, and developing practical IT solutions.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Analyze business and user requirements and participate in the design and development of new IT solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance existing applications and systems using SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Design and support the development of reports, dashboards, and other internal business applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software in Windows / Windows Server / Microsoft Office environments.
• Provide basic support for hardware and network-related issues.
• Initially, the role will focus on supporting the existing IT team by taking over selected development and reporting tasks, with opportunities to take increased ownership and responsibilities over time.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in analyzing, programming, and implementing IT solutions in collaboration with end users.
• Hands-on programming experience in SQL, Python, or another programming language.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, and Windows-based environments.
• Experience working in a larger or international organization is considered an advantage.
• Practical IT experience is essential; an IT-related degree is considered an advantage.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to Belgium occasionally.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, sense of ownership, and a proactive approach to work.
