We are looking for a Medior Graphic Designer to join our team full-time and create visually engaging designs and artwork across various marketing media. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in managing multiple commercial design projects independently, a strong creative sense, and a good understanding of both print and digital design principles and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Managing design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Generating creative ideas and translating them into visually compelling concepts.
- Collaborating with the Art Director and the team to refine and improve design solutions.
- Producing effective and attractive designs for a variety of media - including digital, print, and presentation formats.
- Participating in creative meetings and contributing with fresh perspectives.
- Incorporating feedback efficiently and maintaining a high standard of execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
- Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color, composition).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Affinity Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, with an ability to work independently while managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preference will be given to a candidate with a strong and varied design portfolio.
