About the Role:

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a dispatcher role.
• Established connections with brokers or shippers are highly valued.
• Ability to recruit Owners or drivers to our company.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent command of English with stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of DOT hours of service and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Quick learner with technology, including company-specific software.
• Decisive with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily communication with drivers to secure optimal loads.
• Negotiate with brokers and clients via phone and email.
• Book loads while fostering relationships with drivers and brokers.
• Manage the special requirements for each load.
• Define strategies to complete work efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain active communication channels, responding to emails and business chats promptly.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the team.
