We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Track and Trace Specialist to join our dynamic team at our New Belgrade office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a role and be ready to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status
• Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process
• Maintain accurate records of all tracking information
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize tracking processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a track and trace or similar logistics role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in using tracking and logistics software
