The Team

Global HVAC OEM Customer Demand & Order Management is a global team consisting of 17  members  Your main role as Sales Coordinator will be to support the order management process.

What is the Job About

As our new Sales Coordinator, you will contribute to our constant journey for better customer services and support. This role requires you to ensure the customer has one-point-of-contact for all requests, that have to do with order handling, deliveries, and claims and that consignment stocks are always filled up.

Additionally, in this position, you will be responsible for:

Order handling:

  • Processing of customer orders
  • Follow up on delayed orders and inform the customer about delays
  • Customer correspondence regarding order processing

Consignment stock:

  • Keeping a stock level, that will cover the customers demand according to forecast
  • Invoicing daily consumptions
  • Register the goods arrived at the consignment stocks – MIGO and check if customer stock levels correspond with GF stock level
  • Prepare proforma invoices for shipments and customers

Shipping:

  • Organize returns and replacement of materials
  • Book special shipments and prioritize
  • Organize express shipments and invoice these

What do you need to apply?

You should have a minimum of one year of working experience in the same or similar position and the University degree (preferably Logistics or Economics). You are able to work proactively and on your own initiative and possess the ability to establish strong collaborative relations and customer-centric dialogues. Moreover, to succeed in this position, it is essential that you:

  • Have good language skills both oral and writing. Preferably more different languages.
  • Strong skills in communication between functions and levels
  • Hold planning and organizational skill

And, it is desirable if you have:

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of MS OFFICE/EXCEL
  • International profile
