Technical Consultant for SAP Callidus Cloud ICM

Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Employment Type: Full Time

What you will do:

  • Participate in the complete SAP Callidus Cloud ICM implementations from the designing of the solution (blueprint) to the go-live and post-go-live activities
  • Analyzing complex business processes in international companies in all lines of business (mainly focused on US market) with focus on Incentive and Commissions Management and technical optimizing opportunities through SAP and msg modules
  • Utilization of the SAP Callidus Cloud ICM software platform by using customizing activities and Javascript
  • System customization and configuration and quality check of the implementation
  • Performing system testing to ensure performance quality and maintenance
  • Creation of the functional specifications, process flows, customizing, training and other project related documents
  • Receiving training which focuses on the Business Consulting and product knowledge related to the SAP Callidus ICM 7.0, Producer Pro and Commission
  • Assuming responsibilities of your own tasks, fast learning, work independently and being prepared for a successful client deployment alongside an experienced consultant

What experience you should have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Insurance or Financial management or Information Technologies, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Java or any Object Oriented (OO) programming language or SQL
  • Knowledge in Insurance and Finance will be considered as an advantage
  • Professional experience in the IT industry, experience in the sales industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret information
  • Ability to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Aptitude to learn and work in SAP software solutions
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn about insurance and Finance business processes
  • Agile mindset and desire to take responsibility
  • Self-motivation and flexibility
  • Ability to work either independently or within a team
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required
  • To be a proactive, positive contributor
  • Ability to work in an international team with international customers
  • Fluent in English, a second language is an advantage
