Responsibilities

• Technical & disciplinary lead of testing laboratory in Nis
• Leadership responsibilities such as resource planning, recruiting, training of new employees and resource development for Nis.
• Planning, budgeting and adaptation of the testing laboratory for safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing in the field of light source modules and LED-Converter.
• Implementation of the laboratory quality system in accordance with the ISO 17025 standard
• Ensure that the Nis laboratory will reach the OVE stage 2 level in at least 1 year for LS scope.
• Planning and purchasing appropriate laboratory equipment in order to meet international requirements and IEC/EN standards
• Regular communication, cooperation and exchange with other laboratories in the group and establishment of cooperation with external independent testing companies
• Continuous process improvement and support for globalization and harmonization of processes
• Conducting measurements and testing on lighting components and products; documenting results for legal authorities and testing companies for the purpose of archiving safety marks such as ENEC.
• Execution of PVTs (Product Verification Tests
• Direct alignment with our internal customers as there are Project Manager, Product Manager, Technical Leader, Product Support Engineer, and so on.

Skills & Experience

• Technical education (Having a diploma in Electronics Engineering, preferably in the field of telecommunication)
  Standards expert
• At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in product certification and hardware compliance, preferably in the lighting components sector or a related industry with similar regulatory requirements.
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Communicative, open to other cultures, smart
• English spoken and written, presentation skills
• Project Management skills
• Very good Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to travel, especially in the initial training period
