Metrology Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading activities in Metrology Laboratory, Cleanliness Laboratory, Metallography Laboratory
• Plan and completes calibrations, qualifications, MSA in a safe, timely, and accurate manner in accordance with VDA 5, AIAG and CSR
• Keeping equipment timely serviced and calibrated
• Developing necessary documentation for efficient and safe usage of Laboratory tools and equipment
• Collecting and processing Laboratory KPIs, Track Action Plants and improvement and report to Quality Manager
• Organizing tasks, resources and make prioritization in base of Plant needs
• Responsible to organize internal and external calibration of Measurement equipment for entire Plant scope

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in the field of Technical science or similar
• Relevant work experience in laboratories management
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO17025, IATF 16949, VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2, ISO 16232)
• Knowledge of the operation of measuring instruments, such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Profile Projector, Tensile Tester, Sample Preparation Machine
• Developed ability to make decisions, and to take responsibility for outcomes
• Developed ability to working with cross-functional teams
• Advanced MS office skills
• Fluency in English
