Wild Vision is seeking a Content Publishing Specialist to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia. We are a syndication company amplifying the reach of exceptional content worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and an interest in Social Media content, including Video and Articles.

As a Content Publishing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our video and article content across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for uploading videos, publishing posts, crafting engaging titles, selecting compelling thumbnails, and analyzing the performance of each video to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Upload video content to Microsoft, YouTube, Facebook, Snap, and other social media platforms.
• Create attention-grabbing titles that enhance click-through rates.
• Select eye-catching thumbnails that attract viewers.
• Monitor and measure the success of each video, analyzing metrics such as views, engagement, and retention.
• Prepare detailed reports on video performance and provide insights for future content strategies.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual style.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social video/media.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and uploading video content on major social media platforms is a plus, but not mandatory
• Understanding of video SEO, audience engagement strategies, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in creating engaging titles and selecting impactful thumbnails.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus, but not mandatory.
