For one of our clients – a well-established international company engaged in real estate development projects – we are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join their team in the role of:

Sales Associate in the Souvenir shop

(Belgrade)

Role summary:

This position focuses on delivering an outstanding visitor experience through friendly customer service and efficient sales operations. You will assist guests with souvenir purchases, provide product information, handle transactions, maintain stock and store organization, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsiblities:

• Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors in selecting and purchasing souvenirs
• Providing information about products and souvenirs available in the shop
• Actively promoting and selling products with a friendly and customer-oriented approach
• Operating the cash register (processing payments through various methods)
• Regularly arranging items according to internal procedures and monitoring stock levels
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales area

Qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to grow with us matter most
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
