Solution Architect Senior Expert

Demonstrates mastery of IT architecture knowledge in accordance with latest principles, theories and practices, in order to expand organization’s knowledge of best practices and incorporate them into work assignments and procedures. Supports IT architecture activities, with clear picture of high-medium level architecture and company strategy.

Responsible for quality technical solution design that is compliant with business requirements, in high-complexity and transformational projects. Oversees leadership of teams and projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments, including 3rd parties and IT vendors. Ensures quality testing and implementation preparation for the changes realized through defined technical solution.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree in field of IT / Telecommunication area
• Minimum 8 years of experience within Telecommunication and / or IT area in filed of solution architecture projects
• Good business understanding
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead project teams, especially in Technology area
• Ability to meet tight deadline schedules
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
• Proficient in stakeholder, expectation and risk management
• A result-oriented individual
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
