What You Will Be Doing
- We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead the finance function of Aura d.o.o.
- Reporting directly to the General Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and supporting management in both strategic and operational decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Full responsibility for financial planning, monitoring, and control of company operations
- Regular financial reporting to the General Director (monthly, quarterly, annual reports)
- Budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Cost control and profitability analysis, with a strong focus on production-related costs
- Oversight of accounting, tax, and compliance matters in line with local regulations
- Coordination with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Support to management in business planning and investment decisions
- Continuous improvement of financial processes, procedures, and internal controls
- Management and development of the finance team
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency
- Monitoring and supporting financial aspects of business activities on foreign markets
Who We Are Looking For
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading financial functions, with demonstrated responsibility for financial management, planning, and organizational control, preferably within manufacturing or production-driven environments
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and cost structures
- Experience in companies operating on foreign markets is considered an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with ERP solutions in a business environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and responsibility
- Structured, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams
