About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Design professional to join Tappr. Your core mission: take full ownership of Tappr’s marketing engine. From content and campaigns to social channels, events, and storytelling — you’ll be the driving force behind our brand visibility and narrative.
While marketing experience is essential, we strongly prefer someone who can also create visual assets themselves. If you don’t have design skills, we can outsource this — but our dream candidate can do both.
Marketing & Design Responsibilities
Events & Webinars
- Manage events and webinars end-to-end
- Identify relevant industry events and secure speaking opportunities
- Create event planning and oversee role distribution
- Develop slides, banners, and sales materials for events (preferably yourself; externally if needed)
LinkedIn & Social Media
- Manage Tappr’s LinkedIn page and content calendar
- Create and schedule engaging posts
- Respond to comments and build community engagement
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across social platform
Blog Posts & Website Content
- Own the content calendar across blogs and website
- Write, refine, and publish blogs, partner updates, and customer cases
- Coordinate monthly content themes with the team
- Publish articles and updates in Webflow
- Create content based on industry news and Tappr updates
- Write customer success stories and partnership announcements
- Write and/or refine expert content (e.g. GS1 Digital Link, ESPR, NFC technology)
- Communicate product updates and releases through clear, engaging blogs
Design (Preferred but optional Skillset)
- Take ownership of image creation for content, campaigns, and sales materials
- Design visual assets for blogs, social media, events, and presentations
- Create and refine sales enablement materials (slides, one-pagers, banners, etc.)
- Maintain brand consistency and work with Tappr’s brandbook
- If you cannot design yourself, Tappr will outsource this work, but having your own design skills is a big plus
Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to manage marketing projects and meet deadlines
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience managing a LinkedIn company page and content calendar
- Experience creating sales enablement materials
- Hands-on design experience is highly preferred, including creating and refining visuals
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar

- Able to work independently and manage workload without close supervision
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and always scanning for opportunities, risks, and relevant topics
- Creative in generating new ideas (e.g., spotting industry news and turning it into content or campaigns)
- Strategic mindset: can create quarterly marketing strategies and translate them into actionable plans
- Strong communicator — both written and visual — able to clearly convey Tappr’s story across multiple channels
