A little about us

We are Kompanion, based in Gothenburg, Sweden and we are also a part of the Addnode Group. We have recently established our team here in Belgrade where we operate together with Mogul Balkan which exists in Belgrade for 15 years and is the part of the same Addnode Group.

What we do?

Our mission is to help and support elderly population in Sweden. As a part of very complex system of that support, we provide a planning software to the more than 20 municipalities. It is a custom software, made just for this purpose and not some generic solution. We are very passionate and proud of it, and we take our mission very seriously, especially in regard to the people whose health and sometimes lives depend on it.

The gotcha?

Our current software is built using Silverlight, an old technology that is going to be deprecated soon. We are building the whole system from scratch, using React and other fancy frontend stuff and .NET on the backend.

About you

You are interested in moving from .NET to a full stack developer. You do a hard work on the backend side but also mingle with the modern and cool stuff in the frontend.

Don’t actually count the number of years of your experience, you only care that you have bunch of it and that you have been doing this and that for a while.

At our company, you implement REST services that support our React frontend. You use .NET and you feel like a fish in the water. When you say “Hey, I want to do the frontend too!” you get your frontend task (actually you pick it up by yourself).

You master:

• .NET Framework, MVC, WebAPI and Entity Framework
• Microsoft SQL Server (as a developer not as an admin),
• Any .NET ORM
• REST services

You are very motivated to master (well, maybe not all of these, but at least some):

• ES6, React, Redux and other frontend stuff
• Microservices
• Azure
• NoSQL DBs
• Security

Above all, you are independent, do your work by yourself and smoothly cooperate within a team?
