1st line Support Team Leader

We would expect from you:

• Managing the workload of the team to ensure that all support Incidents and change/project requests are dealt with promptly, efficiently and within the SLA timescales
• Ensure that relevant information is effectively communicated to the team
• Produce and present reports and statistics on team performance
• Monitor procedures, review and update as necessary
• Directly responding to Operation Manager
• Close collaboration with the teams in the 2nd level support
• Extension and further development of support documentation

Our ideal match:

• Has previous leadership experience
• Is strongly customer oriented
• Has excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of French would be an asset
• Strong commitment, high personal responsibility and communication skills
• Has basic knowledge in writing database queries
• Has basic technical background
• Has experience with some ticketing system (Jira, Oracle etc.)
