Account Assistant
What will you do if you join us?
- Being the only point of contact for different clients and daily communicating with them – meetings, email communications, chats, etc.
- Responsible for overall client’s satisfaction
- Efficiently and effectively implement all of the agreed activities within each project
- Tracking processes and coordinating with PPC & other teams in order to deliver best results
- Making sure that all tasks are done within the deadline
- Working closely with the sales team
- Preparing various reports
Who are you?
- Self-motivated person who has hands-on experience in clients service, at least 6 months
- Outgoing person with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
- Extremely self-organized person with great time management skills
- Problem solver and multitasker
- Able to work independently and/or as a part of a team
- Previous experience with Amazon will be considered as a plus
- Familiar with Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.), Asana or similar PM software, Slack and other collaboration tools and environments
