Profile:

• Strong technical background with abilities to communicate to customers in a simple and convincing way
• Primary expertise in MV/LV issues, abilities to build and optimize architectures fitting the customer’s needs
• Positive attitude, responding customer’s needs on scope of technical proposal
• Abilities to coordinate on equipment opportunities in pre-sales stage up to contract negotiation
• Willingness to travel based on customer, team and training needs
• Fluent in English

Missions:

• Direct cooperation with targeted customers (EPC Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Engineering offices)
  • working actively with customers toward influencing specification in early stage of projects
  • leading ITO Sales process with targeted customers, coordinating internally with CommOps and Quotation/BU
• Visit the customers directly and/or together with Sales to :
  • provide expertise to Customer’s equipment opportunities
  • advice technical proposal which optimally meets the customer needs & requirements
  • closing deals by providing differentiating elements for the technical argumentation
• Listen, detect and share project opportunities in co-ordination with Country/Sales Leaders
• Provide inputs and coordination with Equipment Product Managers and Product Marketing

Others:

• The job location: ideally in Belgrade, Serbia (as far as it’s in middle of the region, also with GE office in place)
• Regional coverage: South East Europe (incl. GMCI), strong focus on targeted customers
• Professional Band: LPB (looking for mature candidate), reporting directly to Country Leader
